  1. Describe the motivation for this research topic in complete sentences.
  2. Create a pie graph that illustrates the breakdown of U.S adults sentiment.  Graph must have title and be label everything correctly.
  3. Use the appropriate probability distribution to perform the follow calculations and report results in complete sentences:
    • What is the expected number of students who feel social media companies should not allow any political advertisements on their platforms?
    • What are the variance and standard deviation for the number of students who feel social media companies should not allow any political advertisements on their platforms?
    • For this sample of 40 students, what is the probability that 20 students feel social media companies should not allow any political advertisements on their platforms?
    • For this sample of 40 students, what is the probability that  more than 5 students feel social media companies should not allow any political advertisements on their platforms?
    • For this sample of 40 students, what is the probability that between 10 and 18 students feel social media companies should not allow any political advertisements on their platforms?
    • Using the normal approximation method, the probability that 20 students feel social media companies should not allow any political advertisements on their platforms is 0.1295.  Compare this result to the probability calculated above.
  4. Comment on on the results obtained in part 3; provide insight on possible reasons that adults are divided on this topic.
  5. Submit summary as a word document or pdf file.
