In your review please address the following:
– Context: Who is the Artist profiled and when was this artwork created?
– Summary:
DESCRIPTION: Give a basic description of the work. What is it, what is it made of, what does it look like, what does it do, etc ? Use sensory words. How do you interface with it? What kinds of controls are involved? This should include elements of the work’s presentation, as well as technical details that you may know from seeing the documentation of the work, i.e. how is the work constructed, identify recognizable parts, etc.
INTERPRETATION: Give an Interpretation of the work based on your cultural/subjective impressions. What themes, meanings, problems, messages, or questions does it bring up?
