I am owner of Treasured moments day spa and salon.
I would like to start by thanking each of you for your time and what you have done for our community!
I’m coming to you today excited about the future of our town and the future of Treasured moments Studios. I have owned and operated this business for over 20 years in downtown Pittsburg.
We have out grown our current location and are looking to build a state of the art salon and day spa with all the amenities my clients desire. We would like to build a 7,600 square foot salon and day spa located in the area beside Pendergrass Park.
Not only will we offer a salon and day spa, we also plan to build six modern apartments directly above the salon. These apartments could help house interns that are desperately needing an up to date modern apartment to finish their schooling. Providing tenants with high speed internet and a convenient location for them to live and drive to work.
Our Plan is to double the size of our facility to accommodate our growing clientele. There is new stylist asking for availability on a weekly basic. Our positions income averages from 40,000-100,000. On average we see about 50-75 men and women a day. TM Studios bring customers in from all of our surrounding towns coming to dine and shop in our small historical community.
