Can you identify any evidence in your institution that demonstrates that ‘vision’ has driven development? If not can you identify how ‘vision’ and development have been constrained?
Consider the two quotes below; which is more applicable to your current institution? Why? What evidence do you have for your response?
Do the people you currently work with, in positions of responsibility, clearly articulate their values? Do these values help them make decisions in the best interests of the school? What evidence do you have for your response?
Ask some of your colleagues how they perceive your institution’s organizational climate. Do their responses suggest that a common perception exists or not?
