Community Risk for Alcohol related injury/illness

This is part 2 of a final project I have been working on. I am attaching the previous part (part 1 paper) to give the writer a basis of the project. This part requires an interview of a member of the community. As long as the paper makes sense and correlates with the info from part 1, i do not care if it is made up person. Also, I expect the sources and citations for APA to be correct. I am including all of the instructions provided by my teachers so please read all of them thoroughly. I am capable of writing this however I just dont have the time. If you have ANY questions please message me, I;d rather that then getting a paper that i have to completely change or edit.
