Within the paper, you must include the background of the crisis, the organization’s response to the crisis, and an analysis of the crisis communications response. When you analyze the response, make sure to apply concepts you have learned about throughout the course. For example, you could analyze the response according to the Situational Crisis Communication Theory and/or you could look at the risk management or issues management activities the organization completed. I need to see a clear connection to concepts you have learned about throughout the course so far.
******Please focus on what the NBA did in response to COVID. You can mention some of the NBA teams though since would follow the NBA’s lead. Focus on how Covid affected the NBA and focus on the organization’s response.******
