Find a recent digital forensics case where there was an issue with the method used to test the evidence. Apply the Daubert Standard to the case. Does what was done in that case rise to the Daubert Standard why or why not? Which side had the issue prosecution or defense (or in a civil matter complainant or respondent?) What was the result of the case? What could have been done differently (use a different method, offer different experts, try a different tactic)?
