3. Navigate to the threaded discussion and respond to the following:
   1. Summarize the article sharing your thoughts on the recession and what impact it has had.
   2. Discuss how a government budget surplus or deficit influences the loanable funds market.
   3. Analyze the implication of an added consumer debt in the loanable funds market.
   4. Explain the crowding out effect and its role in the economy.
