(2009) WWC Standards (2015) Examples from previous weeks. 1) specifically state the importance of positive supervisory relationships simply because supervises are most likely to replicate the supervisory attitudes, beliefs, and actions modeled to them by their supervisors. Broadhead et al. (2018) identifies the very first supervisory behavior modeled by supervisors relates to providing a clear description of the supervisory relations hips and the expectations for all parties

. Thinking back to the start of the semester when we all complied a list of supervisory behaviors we want to avoid or want to engage in, how can you as a supervisor model positive supervisory behaviors for your supervisees? What behaviors have been modeled for you? Have there been any negative supervisory behaviors modeled for you? If so, how do you intend to avoid engaging in those same behaviors?

2. Britton et al. (2021) talks about how important it is to have a positive supervisory relationship because of the effect it has on supervisees and the increased likelihood that they will act ethically when that behavior is modeled for them. Broadhead et al. (2018) outlines specific behaviors individuals can do to help ensure that they are working for ethical organizations.

Do you think that modeling appropriate behavior to employers can help employers prioritize ethical behavior the same way it helps supervisees? Explain your reasoning.
