The research must exhibit GRADUATE DEGREE LEVEL QUALITY. That means that the research must describe the most current status of the areas of the law that you are researching. You must include information that you gathered from experts in your areas of research. Examples of Organizations that would have such experts include Law Firms, Flag State Administrations, government agencies such as MARAD/COAST GUARD/NAVY, ETC…, Classification Societies, Academics from Colleges/Universities, and organizations such as the IACS and the IMO.
