Go on FHFA (FRED) and find 5 of your favorite states and their home price changes over time.
Graph the year-over-year percentage change of prices over 20 years (percent change from year ago). Do some online research and explain the price action for each state after the graph.
The assignment needs to be placed in one word document with the graphics copied from excel and into word. This assignment should be about 1000 words, about 200 words per state. Explain the price action.
