IRAC Analysis
Step 1
- Research a case within the past five years which discusses a breach in or compromise of the privacy and/or security of a corporation’s PHI, a business associate, or an individual’s PHI.
Step 2
Use the IRAC format to analyze the case:
- Issue define the relevant legal issue
- Rule explain the law
- Analysis develop legal argument by applying the law to the facts
- Conclusion arrive at a considered conclusion
Step 3
- Write your 3 to 5 -page analysis.
- Ensure you proofread and align with the APA grading guidelines.
