Criterion 1
There should be a written overview of the practices that an HIM manager takes to maintain a successful budget.
A sample payroll budget should be in appropriate format.
The capital budget for laptops should be detailed. List out the type of expense, the quantity, the cost, and the total for each one in a budget format. The pie chart should only contain the expenses for the capital budget. The payroll budget should not be included.
Criterion 2
The staffing needs analysis should be broken down just like the one from deliverable 4. Use the tables from deliverable 4 to assist you in creating the staffing needs analysis for the 5,000 charts.
