Leadership Styles

 

Next, we will explore leadership styles in general, and then you will explore your own leadership style. Use the following steps to learn all you can to accomplish this task. 

 

  1. Where do you fit? Can you determine your leadership style from your research? Take The Leadership Style Survey found in Lesson 1 and try to determine your leadership style.
  2. Based on your leadership style score from the survey found in Lesson 1, how closely did it match what you thought your style was?
  3. Now, based on this style, try to conclude what strategies you would use to motivate your team and lead an organization.
  4. What would you like to change to better lead a global organization? Make some personal reflections and notes on what skills you need to build on to become the leader you want to be.

 

Using what you learned above, write an additional 2 full pages that outlines at least two leadership styles as well as what you believe your leadership style to be. Use the heading “Leadership Styles” for this section.https://www.lib.unb.ca/research/success/understanding.php

The Importance of Leadership

 

Welcome to the first discussion. In this course, you will be introduced to a topic in the discussion.
