Present an example of a marketing scenario for a product/service, where the legal or regulatory environment was a factor in the marketing of that product/service. Name the product/service and law or regulation in the title of your post. This situation should be: one that you learned about in the popular press, rather than one you experienced; one that was not mentioned in the lecture module (ATTACHED); and one that occurred within the past five years.

1) Provide a link to a reputable news source about the situation; and 2) Relate at least one concept from the lecture module to the situation. Such as, if there was a lawsuit, who brought the lawsuit and why? 3) Discuss how the legal or regulatory environment affected the marketing. Was the law or regulation an enabling (positive) effect, an impediment (negative) effect, or some other effect?
