Please submit section two of the program evaluation plan in the format of a formal academic paper. This section should include information about what type of evaluation you are planning as well as the specific research questions that are being sought to be answered through the evaluation. The questions should be specific, measurable, and directly related to the purpose of the evaluation. Also included in this section should be an analysis of the ethical and cultural considerations for the endeavor as well discussion on whether the evaluation is intended to be internally implemented or by an external evaluator (and why).
