Schedule of Condition (Text)
In this section you are to assume the role as a surveyor appointed by a main contractor who will be undertaking the development of a new building on the Chelmsford Campus green field. You will prepare in this task the text for a predevelopment schedule of condition capturing the external elevations of both the ARU Chelmsford Campus School of Medicine and the Marconi Building. This must be set out in table format using the following headings:
