In your 15 minute presentation, you are asked to present a strategic analysis of an organization using relevant models and concepts covered in the main course material. Your aim is to use some of the tools and concepts you have learned throughout this module to develop some strategic options and make final recommendations regarding the organization’s strategy looking forward. In your answer, ensure you have considered the strategic importance of innovation in relation to your recommendations.
In terms of marking the content, the breakdown will pay attention to the following:
(1) Strategic analysis and evaluation (Note that this should include both an external and an internal analysis of your organization)
(2) Development of strategic options and recommendations (Note that your recommendations should always logically flow from your analysis and evaluation)
(3) Consideration of innovation in relation to your strategic recommendations
(4) Consideration of any implementation issues including the implementation timeline
It is not necessary to use all tools from the book and curriculum. Rather you should choose what tool or tools to use and defend your analysis. You will mainly be judged on the ability to apply the correct tools and frameworks, andthe quality of the underlying research and analysis. You will be judged also on how your recommendations follow the logic of your analysis. You will though not be judged on your recommendation per se (i.e. there are no right or wrong recommendations), but rather on your over-all argument and quality of the presentation and slides.
In terms of how you will be marked, the following will be the approach followed:
Content (50%)
Structure (30%) Presentation Style (20%)
In relation to presentation style, you will also be judged on your presentation skills and your ability to ensure you demonstrate group involvement in your presentation although not all members of the group are required to present.
Slides should be of good professional standard in terms of layout and legibility. Avoid lengthy paragraphs, remember the 7×7 rule no more than 7 bullet points to a page and 7 words to a line. Text should be 16 point or larger. Intelligent use of graphics to emphasise your argument is encouraged.
The first slide in the presentation should include the full names and student numbers of each student in the group.
The lecturer will be allocating students in to groups.
You must remain in the group to which you are allocated unless communicated elsewise by the lecturer.

Furthermore within my group the sub category that I was assigned and in charge of presenting about is the E-commerce subdivision of Amazon . “You are to make recommendations on how your chosen company Amazon can move forward in future through presentation slides and oral presentation using the concepts of strategy and innovation” It is recommended that the presentation is made from a consultants point of view . The slides should also not be too content heavy and the assessment details should be adhered to with regards to how the slides should be made and the necessary information needed in my case for the e commerce sub division of Amazon .In terms of marking the content, the breakdown will pay attention to the following:
