Take a look and what colonialism is and why it happened in East Africa and the division from Somalia from south to north, different colonial rule, The shift in social change, the rise of terrorism and corruption within the government and how much of this can be argued to be a product of colonial rule. the migration of the Somali population to all corners of the world and how this effected the development of the country as many of it’s people fled the country, the civil war. how the country is becoming more developed due to the return of the Somali diaspora back to the country. The effects of mental health and trauma within the Somali community due to war and effects of colonialism on the agriculture field and piracy. Main arguments the dissertation will arise with the research is how much of the Current political unrest is responsible to the lack of development in the country and is this a product of the long last effects of colonialism in Somalia?
