In order to be successful with this Lab Report, it is essential one follows the instructions on the attached file. This lab report is based on the attached file that is tiled “Scanned Documents.pdf”. It is studying the Effect of Essential Oils on the Gene Expression of Escherichia coli. I have included numbers regarding the lab under “Lab Results”. I only need for one to do the Abstract, Introduction, Discussion, results, and referneces,I will be doing the methods. I would like to mention that 5 of the references must be primary. The bacteria that my lab friends and I used was E. coli, while the second group we collected data from was using bacillius subtillis.
