The validity of unplanned vs. potentially avoidable readmissions using coded medical data

In my function as a postdoc researcher, I am currently preparing a research article for a peer-reviewed scientific journal. However, due to other deadlines, I am required to outsource the writing of the manuscriipt.
I have prepared a draft of the manuscriipt that outlines the relevant content and the methods and results of the study (see attachment). Once my order is confirmed and a well-suited writer with experience in my field has been allocated to my project, I will additionally provide tables in raw format and relevant references of previous studies to include in the article.
Please write the manuscriipt for the research article based on the provided materials. The article should include the following sections: abstract, introduction, methods, results, discussion, and references based on the requirements of the following target journal: Health Services Research (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/14756773). In addition, please relate our findings to the results of previous studies, including but not necessarily limited to the ones that I have sent you (particularly in the introduction and the discussion of the paper).
The formatting of the manuscriipt, the title page, the tables, the table legends, and the references should be according to the requirements of the target journal (see above).
If possible, please provide the references that you include in the reference list of the article in a citation management software (such as Endnote or Zotero or Mendeley).
Finally, please note that the number of sources that I indicated in the online form is just a broad suggestion. Feel free to include as many sources as you deem suitable.
