In this paper I have to take a small business I previously wrote about and use it for a different writing topic which is profile and infographic. I will include all the notes and the assignment descriiption. I’m going to also send my previous paper as notes because it’ll help you understand this local small business. As this is a profile and infographic, the assignment descriiption does give the option of doing interviews. However, I won’t be including any data for interviews. instead, I chose to do observational research which is in the notes. The main highlight is how this business benefits the local community.
