K ONE QUESTION and ANSWER ONE OTHER STUDENT’S QUESTION Here’s question: A concept I have always struggled understanding is the Michaelis-Mentin Model, specifically found in the chapter 7 slides, section 7.2. I have trouble wrapping my head around all of the equations. So, I guess my question entails a call for help, if anyone knows of a way to ‘simplify’ the Michaelis-Mentin model and the equations listed in the slides. Or, perhaps a few general standards that can constitute the ‘jist’ of the model – velocity in terms of enzyme/substrate concentration etc. – so I can attempt to understand it in that way. And also ask a question from Chapter 8
