Meet Natalie Kazakova, a Russian who has recently graduated with a masters degreein nursing, originally having a bachelors in engineering back home. She now works at alocal community hospital in the ICU.A few weeks after orientation ends at her new place of employment, Natalie findsherself questioning her choice to become a nurse. She finds it hard to go into workbecause she is feeling insecure and has self-doubt.Also meet Susan and Pam, two nurses that have 10 years of experience, but only haveADN degrees.
